Who runs this website

Fencing Muswellbrook (fencingmuswellbrook.com) is a referral service operated by Dojo Web Group Pty Ltd, ABN 26 659 632 336, an Australian business.

What we do

When you call or send an enquiry, we record your details and pass them to one licensed fencing contractor who works in your area and does the type of work you need. That fencer contacts you directly, measures up and provides a quote.

How we choose fencers

• We only refer enquiries to fencers who hold a current NSW contractor licence that covers fencing work.
• We check their licence on the NSW Government's public licence check before referring work to them.
• We send each enquiry to one fencer, not several.

We do not supervise, guarantee or warrant any fencer's work, advice, prices or conduct. Please do your own checks before signing a contract, including checking the fencer's licence yourself on the NSW Government's licence check.

How we are paid

Using this service is free for homeowners. You never pay us anything.

Fencers may pay us a fee for referrals, either per enquiry or as an ongoing arrangement. At the time of writing, we are not charging fencers for referrals. If that changes, we will update this page. Any fee is a matter between us and the fencer and is not a charge to you.

Your contract is with the fencer

If you go ahead with any work, your contract is directly with the fencer, not with us. In NSW, residential building work, including fencing, worth more than $5,000 needs a written contract, the deposit can't be more than 10 percent, and for work over $20,000 the contractor must take out home building compensation cover. Your fencer should explain this before you sign.
